Shipping policy
■ Shipping to Japan
Shipping is a flat rate of ¥850 JPY nationwide.
Orders will be shipped via Japan Post Yu-Pack（ゆうパック）.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our store, as well as a separate delivery notification email from Japan Post.
Your tracking number will be included in the email sent by Japan Post.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of ¥18,000 JPY or more qualify for free shipping.

We will send by international e-packet of Japan Post or EMS.
Depending on the international situation, it may not be possible to ship to certain countries or regions.
In that case, we will contact you by email and process the refund.
Also, please note that the delivery company and delivery method may change without prior notice.
Products shipped outside of Japan may be subject to customs duties and other taxes and fees depending on the content and amount. The above fees vary by country/region and are the responsibility of the customer.
