■ Customer convenience
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
Hand-dyed threads have characteristics such as uneven color and different colors.
We do not accept returns for the above reasons.

■ Defective / miss delivered items (when a different item from the ordered item arrives)
After returning it, we will exchange it for the same replacement, and if the replacement is missing, we will refund it.

After confirmation, we will contact you about the return method etc.
In addition, sale items will not be returned.
When returning the product, please use the packaging materials used as they are.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・ Products and accessories (labels, etc.) that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
・ Used items (including those that are rolled up).
・ From the arrival of the product that have passed more than 8 days.
Even if you return it in the above condition, we will not be able to exchange or refund it.
[Cancellation]
We will correspond to the one before shipping.
Please note that if a refund occurs, the refund will be made after deducting various settlement fees.
However, we do not accept cancellations of reserved or ordered products.
There are many limited items in our shop, and if you cancel, you will not have the opportunity to purchase other customers, which may cause inconvenience.

We do not support product changes after the order is confirmed.

In the case of refund, the exchange rate at the time of purchase and the exchange rate at the time of refund are different, and a difference may occur, but please note that we are not responsible for it.
