About Returns And Exchanges
[ Return Policy ]
■ Customer's Convenience
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
Hand-dyed yarns have characteristics such as uneven coloring and individual color differences.
We do not accept returns for the above reasons.

■ Defective products or incorrectly delivered products (when the product is different from what you ordered)
We will refund or replace it with an identical replacement item.
(If the same replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.)
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us with the following information within 7 days of receiving the product.
・Your name
・Your name
・Phone number
・Product name
・Reason for return
・Your order number (This information will be included in the e-mail we send you after you place your order.)
After confirmation, we will contact you regarding the return method.
Please use the same packing materials used for the return.
Refunds will be made only after the product is returned and confirmed by our store.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases
・Products or accessories (labels, etc.) that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
・Items that have been used (including items that have been balled up).
・We will not be able to exchange or refund any items returned in the above condition.
[ Cancellation ]
We will accept cancellations prior to shipment.
In the event of a refund, the amount of the refund will be deducted from the amount of the various settlement fees.
However, we do not accept cancellations for pre-orders, orders, and limited items.
We dye our yarns by hand and do not handle a large quantity.
Cancellation will cause inconvenience to other customers who will not have the opportunity to purchase the product.
If you cancel more than once, we will restrict your shopping.
[ About changes ]
We do not support product changes after an order has been confirmed.
Please cancel your order and place a new order.
[ Other ]
We will package and ship each confirmed order separately.
We will not be able to ship separately ordered items together.
Please check the contents of your order before confirming it.
If you have placed your order outside of Japan or have used an overseas credit card, the exchange rate will be applied.
In addition to the above rates, there is a currency exchange fee set by shopify.
(This fee is not charged by our store.)
Please note that we are not responsible for any difference between the exchange rate at the time of purchase and the time of refund.
