I'm joining ”Yarn Party”！
Good evening, everyone.
I already shared this on Instagram the other day, but I’m excited to let you know that I’ll be taking part in the upcoming “Yarn Party” hosted by Shinjuku Okadaya.
And this time, for the very first time, I’ll actually be doing some customer service in person!
Up until now, all of our interactions have been online through messages, so being able to meet you face to face is such a special opportunity. I’m really looking forward to it. To everyone who plans to come, to all the wonderful Dyars, and to the Okadaya team—thank you in advance for having me!
Right now, I’m busy thinking about what fibers to bring and which colors to dye. Some skeins are already finished, but I keep wondering: should I add this shade for better balance? Should I prepare something brand new? With six different time slots and groups rotating, I also have to figure out how many skeins to prepare for each session… definitely one of the tricky parts!
Whenever my head starts spinning with all the planning, I take a break with a cup of tea and something sweet, and then get back to shaping it all step by step.
The Yarn Party will be held over two days, on October 4th and 5th.
