Today, we would like to inform you once again about our delivery policy.
In the past, we have received a number of calls about delivery issues, such as items still not arriving.
Bon voyage hand dyed yarn uses non-standard-sized postage so that our customers do not have to pay for the shipping costs.
Japan Post will be extending the delivery days of regular mail by one day from 2021, and will no longer deliver on Saturdays.
Also, depending on weather and traffic conditions, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days.

If you still do not receive your package based on the above circumstances, we would appreciate it if you could contact us so that we can request the post office to investigate.
We have also been contacted by customers who would like to know the delivery status and would like to know the tracking number.
Please note that non-standard-sized mail does not include a service to track the delivery status.
There is also no guarantee against loss or damage.
If you wish to have tracking and warranty, please purchase the option of Registered Mail from the "Shipping Option" page.
Please note that although the confirmation screen after purchase shows "Standard postage" in the system, the package will be shipped by registered mail.
