Introducing the New Collection Vol. ③

Now then, today is the final color introduction for the Croatia collection.
And here is the last one.

水色の手染め糸のソックヤーン

This is “Lakes,” a yarn inspired by the beautiful in Croatia.
This colorway was first released at the pop-up event held at last October, and it is finally available online.

Croatia was a country I visited in June last year.
This trip originally began because I wanted to visit.
When I asked my friend where they wanted to go, they unexpectedly said Croatia.
It was a country that had never really been on my radar before, but my friend, who loves nature, wanted to visit this national park.

When we looked into transportation, we discovered that it was possible to travel between Croatia and Austria by bus.
So we thought, “Why not go?” and decided to visit.

At the time, my knowledge of Croatia was basically limited to “Croatia… Modrić??”
referring to.

But when I actually visited the park, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined.
There were lakes and waterfalls everywhere, each one slightly different in color, sparkling beautifully in the sunlight.
If you listened carefully, you could hear frogs calling, while slender blue dragonflies fluttered through the air like threads.
This yarn was created from that feeling of wonder.

Now then, my story has become rather long, so let’s take a look at the yarn bases.

And now, please take a look at the swatches.

The knitted fabric creates a beautifully complex blend of colors.

Although the Original Yarn and Kid Mohair were dyed in the same way, the finished textures and color expressions look quite different.
That is one of the fascinating things about yarn.

I also think it would be lovely held together with blue or green yarns.

These yarns will be available from May 29 at 8:00 PM.
Please be sure to take a look.
