The new yarn collection is themed around cats!
Good evening, everyone.
Is it a return of the cold weather?
Just when we start thinking spring is near, it suddenly gets chilly again, making it difficult to choose what to wear these days.
I hope you are all doing well.
Now, as I announced on Instagram, I will be releasing a new piece.
The theme is "cats."
Perhaps there are many cat lovers among you? It seems like even more people than usual are taking an interest.
Today, I'd like to introduce this piece from my new collection of yarn.

I dyed the yarn with the image of silver tabby cats, orange tabby cats, tortoiseshell cats, and calico cats in mind.
I reminisced about my own cats, sought advice from friends, and looked at reference images while working on the colors.
A friend who has a brown tabby cat requested a shade inspired by them, but I found it challenging to clearly distinguish it from the tortoiseshell variation, so I had to give up on that idea.
However, since I used to have a tortoiseshell cat, I was determined to include that colorway.
I’m considering creating a brown tabby-inspired color in a different form in the future.
The yarn in the photos is Merino Alpaca Sock.
It contains 20% alpaca, which gives it an exceptional presence.
The fibers have a soft, fluffy texture with a gentle touch.
Although it is categorized as sock yarn, it is also highly recommended for garments and shawls.
The yarn will be available for purchase on February 21 at 8:00 PM.
Thank you very much for your support!
