Good evening everyone.
A typhoon is passing through the Japanese archipelago, I hope you are all safe.
I live in Fukuoka, where at one point there was so much rain and wind that I could not go outside.
And for some reason, the water suddenly stopped...
I was in a hurry because I was just in the middle of dyeing, and I couldn't wash my yarn.
A few hours later, the water was restored, but it is surprising when unexpected things happen.
Now, on to a different topic...
Have you all heard of the knitting platform Ravelry?
It is a site where knitting enthusiasts can gather to buy knitting patterns, create groups, and socialize.
I used to be a registered user and used it mainly for purchasing patterns.
This time, I decided to register as a dyer (or Yarnie as it is called on Ravelry).
I thought it would be convenient to register as a dyer because it would allow me to link my account with the web store.
I struggled to read the site, because it is basically in English, and I found out that I need to register my yarn first.
I was thinking, “I have to start from the registration...that's a little bit difficult.
But then I saw that someone had already registered!
Thank you very much!
And I am really sorry that I just noticed that now....
I see that I can also see what kind of work the registered threads have turned out to be.
What a wonderful thing...!
That yarn turned into such a work of art.
The lace shawl is too beautiful...!
I can't stop my heart from pounding.
It is very encouraging to see what you have knitted.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post them.
I have been informed that your application for registration has been successfully completed and linked.
I will add the details to the information you have registered.
It was a great day to look at other features as well as patterns.
If you are interested in Ravelry, you can see it here.
I highly recommend it and hope you will register and enjoy knitting.
